The Toyota GR Corolla comes equipped with a serious factory braking package, featuring large four-piston front calipers and lightweight two-piece rotors. However, the factory rotors aren't serviceable, making replacement an expensive proposition when it's time for fresh rotors.
THE DESIGN
TEQSPORT 2-Piece Front Rotors retain the performance-focused design while introducing a serviceable rotor and hat assembly, making future rotor replacement more practical without requiring the entire assembly to be replaced. Developed and validated through 12 months of track testing, these rotors have been put through extended performance testing to help ensure they're ready for demanding driving conditions.
Cooling is another key part of the design. Directional cooling vanes maximize airflow through the rotor as it spins, drawing cool air through the center and efficiently evacuating heat. Lower operating temperatures help reduce brake fade, support consistent pad performance, and provide more consistent braking during aggressive driving. Our unique sprinkle-slot design completes the package with a distinctive look.
Every TEQSPORT rotor is manufactured from high-carbon Class 30 iron, then double-disc ground and mill-balanced to meet or exceed OE specifications for smooth operation, reduced vibration, and dependable braking performance.
