OEM Clutch Throw Out Bearing for Manual 16-23 Tacoma V6 Models.

Used to aid in clutch engagement, the throw out bearing is key to proper clutch operation on any manual transmission car.  Like any bearing, they will wear out over time.  This will lead to an irregular noise emitting from the bell housing and improper clutch operation.
