Unlock the next level of performance from your Toyota T24A engine with the upcoming TEQSPORT T550X Turbocharger. Designed to deliver increased output without sacrificing responsiveness, the T550X is engineered for drivers who want substantial power gains while maintaining factory-like drivability.
At the core of the T550X is a dual ball bearing CHRA, replacing the factory journal bearing design. This reduces friction, improves efficiency, and improves spool characteristics and response even with increased airflow capacity. A massive 70mm inlet feeds a custom compressor housing, significantly improving airflow over the factory unit. Paired with an anti-surge front cover, the T550X maintains stable operation across a wide range of conditions, from daily driving to high-load performance use.
To support the increased demand, each turbo will include a cast “Big Mouth” turbo inlet, specifically sized for the T550X. With a 33% increase in cross-sectional area over stock, this inlet reduces restriction and allows the turbo to operate more efficiently.
Despite the performance gains, installation remains straightforward. The T550X is a true bolt-on upgrade, utilizing factory mounting locations while retaining compatibility with OEM intake components, PCV routing, coolant and oil lines, and the factory catalytic converter. Factory wastegate control and charge pipe connections are also retained, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. No engine removal required.
